Creating a Folder without any NAME

  Folders are created to hold data, files etc. It is very helpful because it helps to group the data within a single main file, using which it is easy to access and manipulate the contents that are present within the folder.
  In Window's operating system if you create any new folder, then you will have to give a name to that folder. By default the folder will be ""new folder"". We can edit the name and give a folder name as we wish. But if we want to create a folder without any name, is it possible? Yes off course it is possible. We can create a folder in which actually does not have any name.

   

  Follow these steps to create a folder without any name:

   

  • Right click on the desktop.
  • Select the New -> Folder.
  • Now select rename option, you can also press F2 to rename it.
  • Now press and hold the ""ALT"" key.
  • While holding down the ""ALT"" key, press "255" from the "Numpad"
  • Be sure that you type 255 from the NUMPAD
  • Press ENTER KEY

   Now if you check the folder, it will not have any name!!!
