If you are not able to find the AOL Desktop icon on the screen and are struggling with using the search engine, then you need not worry as there is an easy process to recover the same. You can restore the icon back from the system tray by clicking on the small triangle at the right bottom corner of the desktop and creating a shortcut for AOL Gold.
